fitness4We offer a range of fitness classes for those of you that don’t want to do a full martial art, or even want to supplement your training to increase your speed, flexibility and strength.

Current available classes  include:


PROACTION Fitness run 3 Boxercise classes per week from the full time academy in Northampton (Tuesday Evening, Wednesday Lunch and Saturday morning).

Boxercise began in the UK in 1992 based upon training principles that have existed for over two hundred years.  These classes are loads of fun, provide a total body workout and burn SERIOUS calories!

Whether you are a “gym junkie” or a total beginner, you will be looked after by our fully qualified, experienced and caring instructors.  The majority of our members come to us feeling self concious and nervous about exercising for the first time.  This is something we are very used to dealing with and that our members and instructors are sympathetic towards.

Boxercise has developed and adapted age old training principles to form a fun, addictive, safe, stress busting workout suitable for all ages and levels of ability.

Everyone who tries this class falls in love with it!



This class is on a Tuesday evening and follows on directly after the Boxercise class.  It can be done in conjunction with the earlier class, or on its own (we recommend attending Boxercise first), and will stretch and tone your body like never before!  Less intense than all our other classes, but still a great class to keep you fit, healthy and injury free!


The school run class!  This is at 09:30 every Monday and every Friday morning (excluding Bank Holidays).  Our hihgly experienced PT’s will push your limits, but within what you can safely achieve.  You will be encouraged along in a great group of people to push yourself through varied exercises every week, using our state of the art facilities and never run the risk of “running machine boredom”!  Come along for the VERY best way to start your day / week / weekend!!


Boot Camp

This class is the one!  You come to train!  You don’t have to freeze, or be soaking wet outside, but you will sweat and work hard.  Our PT’s will push your limits (tailored to your own individual level) and help you attain levels you never before thought possible!
